LED lamps from OSRAM are noted for their first-class engineering, state-of-the-art thermal management, high-quality components, and systematic quality assurance.
Therefore, OSRAM is in the position to offer a full 5-, respectively 4-year guarantee on PARATHOM PRO and selected PARTHOM LED lamps operated according to OSRAM specifications in indoor applications.
In the event of any defects, OSRAM will, free of charge, repair or replace or provide a credit note for lamps that has demonstrably failed during the respective guarantee period owing to a material or manufacturer's fault.
The guarantee period starts upon purchase of the respective LED lamp.
OSRAM reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of any guarantee claim. Therefore it is necessary to return the defective LED lamp
General conditions:
- No registration needed
- Statutory guarantee claims are not affected by this guarantee and shall apply independent from it and in parallel.
- Guarantee claims will be handled by the local OSRAM office in the relevant country.
